We invite you to get acquainted with talented Ukrainian designers who are prophesied success in the fashion industry.

New names: PANOVE

The PANOVE brand was inspired by the Japanese art of origami to create the Sensation of Naturalness collection, as the ability to make a complex figure out of a flat sheet. In the collection, this technique is displayed by experimental deconstruction, asymmetry of cut, multilayer and drapery.

Designer Irina Lukyanova highlights current issues in the collection. It is a well-known fact that 3 out of 5 things bought in the world are thrown away during the year. With the Sensation of Naturalness collection, the PANOVE brand calls to pay attention to the problem of the modern world – the irresponsible use of resources, and focuses on the importance of maintaining a clean planet, proclaiming the rejection of the wasteful "buy a lot – throw away a lot."

The collection uses natural fabrics of monochrome colors: linen, cotton, tensel, which have environmental friendliness and comfort, which allow you to feel naturalness and harmony with the environment. Alternative methods of processing fabrics are used: the raw edge, the edging, which acts as an additional graphic element.
The brand pays attention to manual work using hand weaving techniques.

New names: FRBTK

The modern world of fashion is constantly changing, new trends, new brands and new names appear. So, recently, a young third-generation designer, Marina Forbatok, created the FRBTK brand. The etymology of this name fully reflects modern trends, because it consists of consonants of the name of an expressive fashion designer.

Her new collection, entitled "Remember me", was created in memory of the designer’s grandmother, who began work with sewing things in their family. That is why on the catwalk you can see many knitted things that are associated with warmth, home and comfort. The inspiration of the designer was a knitted scarf, donated by her grandmother.

The clothing line included voluminous jackets, suits and coats with cuts from coarse woolen costume fabric, hand-knitted sweaters, translucent and silk dresses. A feature of the collection is its style – a combination of oversize grunge and romance.

The images complemented the scarves on the heads of the models.

New names: HMYLKO

Anastasia Khmylko is a Belarusian designer and founder of the brand of the same name HMYLKO. She presented her Block-á-porter project – a story about how architecture became clothing. In this topic, inspired by the modernism of socialist urbanism, the author finds what he loves in design: pure simple forms, a monochrome color palette, and the absence of decorative excesses. Now the project has two “blocks” – two complementary collections.

The first "block" is devoted to brutalism, block houses, Soviet architecture. This part is about the form in which the geometry of architecture is consonant with the severity of the cut of clothes. For her, prints were developed with the iconic social-modernist buildings of Minsk, stylized and integrated into modern images.

The second “block” emphasizes the transfer of texture characteristics of the visible environment and the gray hazy color familiar to the city. The designer paid special attention to the display of the emphasized texture of concrete surfaces and the smoothness of glass. Anastasia is experimenting with fabric and other materials, turning simple rough facades into something human, wearable.
