The other day it became known that Bertrand Guyon was leaving the post of creative director of Schiaparelli, which he had been occupying for the last four years. Now the French brand has appointed him a follower of designer Daniel Roseberry, who previously worked in the American brand Thom Browne as art director of the men's and women's lines.

Born in Texas, Roseberry studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and then began his career at Thom Browne, devoting 11 years to the brand. Now Roseberry will be responsible for maintaining all Schiaparelli lines, but first of all for the ready-to-wear line, on which the brand is going to focus in the near future.

“Elsa Schiaparelli was a master of modern times; her work reflected the chaos and hope of the tumultuous era in which she lived. Today we ask ourselves the same important questions that shape identity: What does art look like? What is identity? What will we wear if the end of the world comes? It is a great honor for me to work with the amazing talents of this atelier and in the best traditions of high fashion to transfer the legend and myth of this significant fashion house to the future, ”said Daniel Roseberry.
