The last day of Paris Fashion Week ended with the Louis Vuitton SS20 show. If in past seasons the creative director of the brand, Nicolas Gesquiere, invited transgender model Crowe and transgender actress India Moore to collaborate, then this season he placed the British transgender singer Sophie on one of the walls of the Louvre. Especially for a fashion show, she, together with Louis Vuitton music director Joanne Lemoine, recorded a video for her song It's Okay to Cry.

The inspiration of the collection came to the designer from the era of La belle epoque – the post-war period of Europe 1890-1914. This time is characterized by the development of scientific and technological progress, cultural development and, of course, the development of the fashion industry. According to Zheskier, it was then that Louis Vuitton actively began to travel and show his work on the international market.

In the collection, this resulted in psychedelic prints on short dresses and blouses with flounce sleeves, fitted coats with accented waist, jackets, wide high-waisted trousers and white dresses, typical of French women of that era.

Earlier we wrote about the most anticipated show of Paris Fashion Week – the Chanel SS20 show. The show was not without scandal, because a comedian actress ran onto the podium and began to parody models. Fortunately, Gigi Hadid stopped her in time.
