The new Yudaeva Couture collection is dedicated to the Renaissance, reflecting all the luxury and richness of this period. Designer Anna Yudaeva makes the emphasis in the collection on dresses with voluminous multi-tiered skirts and airy sleeves generously embroidered with hand-embroidered with precious stones. The response of the Renaissance is read in the fabrics of the collection: silk and brocade.

It was during the Renaissance that literature on clothing began to appear, the first manuals on how to dress and apply makeup to best meet the requirements of the fashion of the time. These theses were reflected in the forms characteristic of the collection: the romanticized silhouette was created using contrasting comparisons – symmetry and geometry, which underlie all the images. The designer introduced several types of dresses that meet the standards of the Renaissance: the lower one, with long sleeves, and on top of it – something like a dressing gown with voluminous sleeves, called gamurra.

The images of the new Yudaeva Couture collection are a reinterpretation of the cultural heritage of the Renaissance. The main idea lies in the problem of modern man, dependent on technology and constant rush, and its main message is self-acceptance. The designer wanted that when looking at the collection and the images that she recreated, the person wanted to stop, pause and plunge into himself, at least for a short time.

The new Yudaeva Couture collection is the exact opposite of fast fashion, which means that one dress can be passed on from generation to generation, making an investment for life. The designer says: “Haute couture, for me, above all, is a work of art. It is an opportunity to work out every element, every millimeter of the product so that absolutely all the seams and stitches are perfect.”

The internal drama of the collection is dedicated to the unity of opposites. So, using two different models, the designer demonstrates that the past is relevant in the future, and modernity can organically fit into a long-gone era. A brunette with a neat, restrained hairstyle is the image of a lady of the Renaissance period, while a model with fiery red hair and tattoos displays the image of the 21st century in Renaissance outfits interpreted through the prism of modernity.
